Apple regularly hosts Activity Challenges for Apple Watch customers as a way to promote fitness and healthy living, and a new Activity Challenge honoring International Women’s Day next week will be the next to take place. Like February’s healthy heart challenge, March’s Women’s Day achievements include animated stickers that can be sent and received over iMessage.

So if your daily calorie goal is 350 for example, you’ll need to burn 700 calories that day to unlock the achievement. Have a higher goal like 800? You’ll need to hit 1600 on March 8th to unlock the achievement without lowering your goal for the day.

The challenge should be global given the day’s international reach, and Apple Watch users should see the challenge appear on March 6th. Apple also has a curated collection of Celebrating Bold Women playlists and albums in Apple Music timed with International Women’s Day if you need workout music motivation.

This is a new theme for Apple Watch Activity Challenges as well as a new set of rules. Past challenges have included completing a 5K run, walk, or roll, completing the 30 minute Exercise ring, and filling all three Activity rings for a full week.

As for the achievement, participants will unlock vibrant animated Move ring-themed stickers as seen below (secondary click and open in a new tab to see animations):
